Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

We will reply with the return instructions and address.
Return Shipping Costs
If you change your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover or refund reasonable return postage.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect the item and notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.

Reporting a Fault

Please include:

- a brief explanation of the issue
- clear photos or a short video showing the fault
Resolution
Our support team will review your case and arrange either a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the issue and your consumer rights.
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons if:
- they have been heavily used
- they show signs of misuse or improper handling
- essential parts, manuals or packaging are missing
